My wife started with Crispy Ham Croquettes (Green Pea Velouté and Parmesan – Parmesan Tuile) which was perfect. Her Pan Fried Seabass Fillet (with Mixed Seafood Risotto, Parmesan, Peas, Samphire) also was a great. I had the Duck Breast (with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Roasted Beetroot Puree, Carrot, Broccoli, Red Wine Jus) and it was exquisite. Duck done to absolute perfection!
