Rocksalt Bistro casts a wide net to satisfy everyone’s appetite, serving a wide variety of chargrilled fish paired with incredible sauces and sides. We offer perfectly grilled steaks, along with tons of fresh shellfish and unique ever changing creative bistro fare.

 

“We offer an informal, welcoming atmosphere where good food and friendly customer service is standard, and our kitchen serves only the finest cuts of meats, (all meats supplied by Bates Butchers, Market Harborough), fresh fish & Shellfish responsibly sourced by our very own Fishmongers (M & J Seafood). Oysters from Colchester, Crabs & Lobsters from Cornwall, Mussels and Haddock from Scotland along with the very best day boat fish from the southern coastline are on the menu daily. Salad and vegetables are supplied daily to ensure freshness and flavour by Eureka Produce, and all dishes are prepared in our own kitchen.”
